The look inside the snow globe at Cynthia Rowley HQ for New York Fashion Week was pajama party cross pillow fight.
We brought the expertise on board of make up artists from Stila and hair experts Redken and Cutler to create the perfect look (all that was need was a few stray feathers in hair).
Hair stylist, Richard Kavanagh worked a different look on each girl. His main inspiration was bed hair and he worked with loose girls that he brushed out to give enhance the relaxed style. Another look was a 60s inspired loose ponytail. For this look, he used a different color ribbon around the top of the head as a headband and then tied the ponytail with the same ribbon.
For the face, Stila highlighted the models bedroom eyes with a rose pink highlight on the lids and underneath the eyes. This pop of color kept the faces looking bright and dewy for the slumber party vibe. The pink eye make up trend became a fixture on the runways of NYFW and one that can be recreated with Stila here.
