Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and fulfillment.

All online orders are fulfilled between 9am and 6pm, Monday-Friday.

UPS Shipping rates

Ground: $8 or FREE for orders over $500

3rd Day Air: $15

2nd Day Air: $22

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly accept your return or exchange on merchandise (with all tags attached) that has not been worn, altered, or washed. Some pieces are subject to FINAL SALE and will be indicated on the website and invoice.

Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 10 business days from receipt of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns processing.

We do not honor price adjustments. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT A DIFFERENT RETURN POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES, AND ONLINE PURCHASES CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-STORE AT THIS TIME.

Products purchased for commercial services (i.e. print/tv/film/visual productions) may not be returned. Requests for samples of this nature should be directed to the PR department. Please note availability of samples is not guaranteed.
