Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly accept your return or exchange on merchandise. Please refer to the following policies when making a return:

1. All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please send an email prior to return for RA#. For returns by mail this number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. We also accept returns for online orders in store at Cynthia Rowley boutiques. You must bring your RA# with you to complete a return in store. Items returned without authorization will be refused.

2. A copy of your invoice with reason for return and RA# must be included with return.

3. Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition with all tags attached in original packaging. Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way will no be refunded. All swim returns must include original protective sanitary lining in addition to all tags.

4. Select items including all sale items are subject to FINAL SALE and will be indicated on the website.

5. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail postmarked within 10 business days from the day your order is delivered.

6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns processing. We do not honor price adjustments. 

7. We are not responsible for items returned without proper documentation including copy of invoice, reason for return, and RA#, or items that are final sale.

Products purchased for commercial services (i.e. print/tv/film/visual productions) may not be returned. Requests for samples of this nature should be directed to the PR department. Please note availability of samples is not guaranteed.
